John B. Lloyd, C.P.A., is the President of Lloyd and Company.
David P. Smolarek, C.P.A., started his career in public accounting in 1973.
Timothy R. Thomas, C.P.A., audit partner, began his career with Arthur Anderson & Co. in 1982 and joined our firm over 8 years ago.
Robert J. Gunderson, C.P.A. CFE, BVAL,  is  an Audit Partner at Lloyd and Company.
Theresa W. Harman, C.P.A., tax partner, came to Lloyd and Company ten years ago.
Kelly A. Dawson, C.P.A., worked as a staff accountant for firms in Elmira, N.Y. and Erie, Pa. before joining Lloyd and Company in 1997.
Charles M. Culhane, C.P.A., has been in accounting for over 30 years.

Christy L. Brecht, C.P.A., became a partner at Lloyd and Company in 2000.
